F.J.Falaleev was born in 1899 in village Poljanskoje of the Bolshe-Uchinskaja volost of the Vjatskaya region, nowadays of Udmurt republic. His father Jakov Andreevich, and mother, Feliksija Vasiljevna, had 18 children, but from them the six has survived all only. In childhood lived poorly. In his house money - rarity. In the beginning he studied in More - Uchinskaja in school, and, then fo and fifth years studied in Vavozkskoj of two-class schools, where it was learned by sisters the Menshikovs - Marija Nikolaevna and Anna Nikolaevna. Fjedja studied on excellent, passed from a class in a class with creditable ëèñòêîì, but Vavozkskaja school has ended with one B's mark.

For 14 years of life Falaleev " has gone in the people ". At first worked the boy - seller for a merchant, where it(he) began to comprehend everyday experience. Behind that it worked inVjatskih poljanah. Per 18 years it became already grown-up orderer. On the Izhevsk factory it has arrived in the spring of 1917 and has worked there till August, 1918.

In February, 1917 there was a revolution. The civil war began. Fjodor Jakovlevich has entered in Kommunistikal a party by the secretary.

In the first of May, 1919 it has gone to Kazan, in a staff of army, where became the commander of branch. Carried out of training of armies to the army orders. Branch have disbanded also it have directed on a service to city under the name of Raisin. Here it has got married on Vera Poljevaja.

Also Fjodor Jackovlevich was famous for that became the marshal of aircraft and together with the Marshal Zhuckov signed the act about capitulation of Germany, having played thus important role during Great Domestic war.
